I’m Sarah Smith and I believe in your ability to cultivate strength EVEN if pelvic floor problems or other injuries are holding you back.
I am WELL acquainted with the struggles of rehabbing and managing pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic floor dysfunction, a messed up gut, and balancing fitness and self care practices with the chaotic job of being a busy mom!
I have spent years creating accessible and effective solutions to these struggles and I share them ALL with my clients and online community!

I’m a former athletic coach, personal trainer, level two Russian Kettlebell Instructor, postnatal fitness specialist and functional pelvic floor and gut health advocate with a Masters in Soil Science and Agriculture.

“After being on 4 rounds of very strong antibiotics my gut was in a great deal of stress. Mainly extreme constipation.
By wk.2 of go with your gut I was feeling better. Finally by wk.3 I was feeling good, constipation starting to go away. Same with wk.4 still feeling good
I strongly recommend this program if you have any kind of gut issue. I had no idea just by eliminating some foods could make such a difference.
Thanks Sarah you’re awesome!!!”

“I can’t begin to say how much Sarah has helped me in 6 weeks.
I have basic knowledge of kettlebells and Sarah took me to a level I didn’t think I could get to. She takes the time to thoroughly see how you move so that she can cater your program for YOU.
As a certified trainer that works with clients, I feel more confident integrating new things into their routines with the cues that Sarah has taught me. I recommend her to ANYONE from ANY fitness level because she can help you progress to the next level.”

“I can't begin to fully explain how gifted Sarah is at training and coaching kettlebells! She is extremely approachable and friendly, which makes you feel like you can come as you are, no matter what level of fitness you are at.
She is also a wealth of knowledge! As an avid follower on social media and a participant in her Kettlebells for Cool Kids program, I can confidently say that I have never experienced a trainer who has more knowledge and expertise in her craft than Sarah.”
