This requires that you have a computer without any restrictions in your house, though sometimes this can be done on a computer in a library that does not have.

The Hanger Lane gyratory is a large, complex gyratory system at the junction of Western Avenue (A40), the North Circular (A406) and Hanger Lane in the borough of Ealing in west London. It covers an area of about 30,000 square metres (320,000 sq ft). At rush hour it carries nearly 10,000 vehicles per hour.[1] An above-ground section of the London UndergroundCentral line passes under the roundabout. The island in the middle contains Hanger Lane Underground station and a nature reserve (Site of Importance for Nature Conservation).[2]
In December 2007 it was named Britain's scariest junction.[3]
The junction became a gyratory system in the early 1980s when the western side of the loop was built. It originally was to have to be replaced for the construction of the High Speed 2 railway line,[1] but in April 2013 it was decided to put this section of HS2 in a bored tunnel instead due to the cost of rebuilding the gyratory system.

We won't even discuss how your toilet became blocked in the first place but we've all been there.
We'll join the story where you're looking down at a toilet filled with ... water ... and you want it unblocked as soon as possible. However, if there's no plunger in the house what do you do?
1) Get an ordinary mop or toilet brush

2) Wrap the head of the mop in a plastic bag (like you'd bring your shopping home in)
3) If you have more plastic bags keep adding them until you've used three or four bags to cover the mop head or toilet brush
4) If you have a bit of string tie the tops (the handle end) around the mop or brush handle
5) Proceed to push this down firmly into the blocked toilet bowl
6) Repeat until unblocked
When I first tried this I couldn't believe it would work but trying this was worth it when weighed against leaving the toilet blocked.
It seems that the plastic bags form an air tight seal around whatever's in the bowl and act even better than a regular plunger.
